About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the lead finance partner to the North America Leadership Team
- Provide financial insight and strategic challenge to support business growth and profitability
- Support regional strategy, investment decisions, and long-range planning
- Drive accountability for financial performance across the region
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Deliver monthly business reviews and executive performance reporting
- Identify risks and opportunities and recommend corrective actions
- Monitor key financial and operational KPIs
- Partner with Commercial and Operations teams to improve growth and profitability
- Support major customer negotiations, strategic bids, and contract renewals
- Lead customer profitability and pricing analyses
- Drive initiatives focused on margin expansion and operating income improvement
- Lead and develop a high-performing regional finance team of approximately 35 FTEs, including operations in overseas share services
- Ensure compliance with company policies, controls, and governance requirements
- Oversee cash flow, working capital, and financial risk management
- Partner with Corporate Finance, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and External Audit teams
- Champion process improvement, automation, and finance digitalization
- Support implementation of finance, pricing, and reporting technologies
- Drive productivity initiatives and continuous improvement across the region
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business preferred
- Professional qualification (CPA, CMA, ACA, ACCA) and/or MBA preferred
- 12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
- Proven track record partnering with senior business leaders in a complex multinational environment
- Experience within healthcare, logistics, pharmaceutical, or supply chain industries preferred
- Strong leadership, commercial acumen, analytical capability, and influencing skills
