About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the Consolidations program from business case through customer migration
Coordinate multi-functional programs from planning through delivery, including launch, release, hypercare, and transition to ongoing support
Partner with Product, Engineering, Content, Go-to-Market, Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, and business teams
Build and improve approaches for planning, tracking, and managing capability rollouts
Develop and maintain program plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and action items across multiple workstreams
Monitor program progress, communicate status, and raise risks or issues
Ensure work is prioritized, well-defined, and aligned with project and business goals
Contribute to program investment planning, financial assumptions, budget tracking, and results evaluation
Support planning, release readiness, and go-to-market activities from ideation through launch
Facilitate communication and collaboration to remove blockers and drive execution
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to support technology delivery and adoption

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in technical project or program management, technology delivery, technology operations, or a related field
Experience coordinating multi-functional technology initiatives from planning through launch, including go-to-market, go-live, and post-launch support
Ability to manage end-to-end delivery across enterprise, technology, and business teams
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
Experience communicating program status, risks, and recommendations to team members and senior leadership
Strong facilitation, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Curiosity to understand business objectives and desired outcomes
Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe delivery frameworks
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or similar delivery tools
PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or similar certification preferred
Experience managing vendors and third-party partners preferred
