About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of specialized equipment and systems at customer locations
- Conduct thorough diagnostics to identify issues and implement effective solutions promptly to minimize equipment downtime
- Communicate clearly with customers to explain technical problems and the steps taken to resolve them
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, parts used, and repairs performed using company software and reporting tools
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while working independently or as part of a team in various field environments
- Travel to diverse customer locations and work independently in the field
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in field service, equipment maintenance, or a related technical role
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to travel frequently within assigned territory
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, hand tools, and electronic testing equipment
- Associate degree or higher in Electronics, Engineering Technology, or a related discipline preferred
- Previous ATM or Smart Safe experience a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in remote or challenging environments
- Excellent customer service skills with a track record of building positive client relationships
- Familiarity with maintenance management software and safety certifications preferred
