About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide on-site evaluation, maintenance, and repair services for Upright CT, Patient Positioning devices, and other products
  • Perform advanced, total system-level troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and service repairs on Leo Cancer Care products
  • Interface with key customer contacts regarding equipment issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up
  • Maintain customer service reports and internal service records
  • Properly maintain and calibrate tools and test equipment
  • Identify sales opportunities, communicate them to the sales team, and assist in business growth and direction within the geographic area
  • Work as a local team member to provide efficient and cost-effective service delivery
  • Control Warranty and Service Agreement costs
  • Complete administration tasks on time, including Field Change Orders and Planned Maintenance inspection documentation
  • Report to the Head of Field Services—Americas

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree or equivalent in an engineering discipline (Electronics, Mechatronics, Software, etc.) preferred
  • Associates degree
  • Technical/vocational training
  • Military experience with electronics or relevant domain experience
  • Strong understanding of a service operation
  • Proven experience maintaining complex electro-mechanical systems
  • Experience with medical devices such as Linear accelerators, MRI, CT, or similar modalities is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Excellent trouble-shooting skills and adaptability
  • Willingness to work normal and non-normal hours as required to support customers
  • Comfortable working collaboratively and autonomously
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience with Salesforce is beneficial
  • Valid driving license required
  • Must reside within 1 hour of a major airport with ability for international connections
  • Ability to travel up to 40%
