About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage a book of business focused on renewals, growth, and long-term success
  • Support client onboarding, adoption, and ongoing engagement
  • Maximize customer satisfaction (CSAT) and Net Promoter Scores (NPS)
  • Learn client goals, programs, and performance metrics
  • Build knowledge of Centerfield’s solutions, tools, and industry terminology
  • Identify opportunities to add value and support upsell and cross-sell initiatives
  • Foster strong client relationships and support advocacy opportunities such as case studies, testimonials, and peer networking
  • Define, monitor, and report client program KPIs
  • Attend weekly or bi-weekly client meetings to review objectives, progress, and results
  • Host internal alignment meetings as needed
  • Track projects and deliverables and ensure timely execution and compliance with internal controls and procedures
  • Escalate complex client needs to senior team members
  • Provide feedback and insights to leadership for product innovation and growth
  • Use Salesforce, Looker, AI tools, and internal platforms to manage client engagement and records
  • Prepare presentations and reports highlighting progress, ROI, and growth opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1+ years of Client/Customer Success, account management, or similar experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with digital and affiliate marketing, including paid media, is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Salesforce, Notion, Looker, and AI tools such as Claude is nice to have but not required
  • Analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable strategies
  • Ability to learn quickly and break down complex ideas into clear action steps
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving mindset
  • Clear written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
