About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with ABI and DW Product Managers to refine requirements, define acceptance criteria, support backlog grooming, and support release readiness
Own SQL-based data validation and metric reconciliation, verifying source-to-target data logic and transformations into elasticubes
Direct and interpret output from AI-agent QA tooling, design test cases, and follow up on discrepancies
Investigate reported data discrepancies and production issues, distinguish upstream pipeline problems from BI-layer or presentation issues, and escalate to Engineering when appropriate
Serve as the front-line owner for internal and external user questions about data and dashboards, triaging and resolving requests or routing them to the appropriate team
Support regression testing across releases
Convert recurring manual checks into reusable, documented validation rules and identify opportunities to automate QA and data-quality workflows
Conduct ad hoc market, competitive, and data-driven research to support Product Manager decision-making
Maintain documentation of requirements, test cases, validation results, and known issues
Communicate validation findings, risk areas, open issues, and release-cycle status updates to Product Managers, Engineering, and other stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience in a data analyst, BI analyst, QA/data validation, or technical product analyst role
Strong proficiency in writing and reading SQL
Ability to validate data against source-to-target logic
Hands-on experience with BI reporting and visualization tools such as Sisense, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
Experience building and maintaining dashboards
Familiarity with, or ability to quickly learn, elasticube structures and AI-agent tooling
Experience working within Agile/Scrum development processes
Strong written documentation skills
Analytical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to reconcile discrepancies across multiple data sources
Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
Process-improvement mindset
Python experience is preferred but not required
Prior exposure to healthcare data, EMRs, or ABA-specific data is preferred but not required
