About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver Centric 8 Agile deployment projects on time and according to technical and business goals
Provide technical leadership and support to pre-sales and implementation teams
Manage deployment projects using Centric’s Agile deployment methodology
Conduct customer business process analysis and map requirements to Centric 8 configurations
Define interfaces with related systems and manage data and process conversion from legacy PDM systems
Provide customer guidance on process-system alignment, desktop procedures, validation, training, and ongoing customer care
Acquire and disseminate FMCG domain and system integration best practices
Coordinate and collaborate with customer implementation teams and Centric teams
Analyze customer business process requirements and propose Centric 8 OOTB solutions
Consult, deploy, tune, configure, optimize, and install the Centric software stack in customer IT environments
Produce UML models and Centric 8 configurations to capture business process requirements
Design solutions for customer business scenarios and provide best-practice analysis
Support proposal and project teams with technical leadership and vision for large-scale, complex solutions
Map and document domain models to meet customer requirements
Identify, delegate, and execute project tasks, including software installation, configuration, deployment training, data migration, and deployment support
Mentor other consultants
Provide input into future solution functionality, implementation methodology, and configuration standards
Ensure quality software engineering processes and Agile practices are followed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience delivering Centric 8 Agile deployment projects
Experience with OOTB configurations, customer business process mapping, and best practice advocacy
Technical leadership and support experience for pre-sales and implementation teams
Knowledge of Centric PLM solutions focused on retail, apparel and footwear, FMCG, and high-fashion markets
Experience managing deployment projects using Agile methodologies
Experience conducting customer business process analysis and information modeling
Experience mapping business processes to Centric 8 configurations and interface control definitions
Experience with data and process conversion from legacy PDM systems
Experience providing process-system alignment guidance, desktop procedures, validation, training, and ongoing customer care
Specialist skills in system integration, IT tuning and optimization, and enterprise software installation desirable
FMCG domain and system integration best-practice knowledge
Experience with UML models and Centric 8 configurations
Experience analyzing requirements and designing solutions for customer business scenarios
Experience with enterprise high availability and system integration
Experience with software installation, configuration, deployment training, data migration, and deployment support
Experience mentoring other consultants
Knowledge of software engineering processes and Agile practices
