About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform gap analysis, solution mapping, and PLM system configurations using Expressions, XML, JavaScript, and TypeScript
Perform pre-go-live data loads and data imports to the PLM system
Prepare documentation for system integration
Work with customers to troubleshoot system integration issues between the PLM system and customer systems such as ERP
Support day-to-day troubleshooting, UAT, and system implementation for multiple projects
Perform use case analysis, solution mapping, and design

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree holder in a Computing related discipline such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, other Engineering disciplines, or a Degree in Business Systems
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences, verbally and in writing, in English
5+ years of experience
Consulting background and customer-facing skills
Understanding of the system implementation process
Understanding of infrastructure and cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, and familiarity with SaaS model
Familiarity with system modelling; UML familiarity is an added advantage
Experience with pseudo-code/regular expressions
Experience with XML and JavaScript/TypeScript
Experience with SQL, such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL
Technical aptitude, proven self-learning skills, and desire to sharpen technical skill sets
Entrepreneurial mindset; able to self-manage and work independently
Ability to work well in a team
Detail-oriented, strong analytical mind, and excellent problem-solving skills
