About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead IT projects from initiation through business value realization
- Design and implement information processes and systems
- Act as Subject Matter Expert
- Develop the portfolio according to IT and business strategy
- Manage projects and engineer business processes
- Prioritize and challenge changes in line with IT strategy
- Manage the IT systems lifecycle
- Maintain process, technical, and training documentation
- Perform testing and validation
- Organize functional forums and train trainers
- Provide second-line support
- Develop the IT landscape with BPOs and IT partners
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, according to specifications, and in compliance with CSV
- Integrate processes across business domains
- Lead project teams and communicate with diverse audiences
- Ensure stable IT systems and accountable IT project portfolio outcomes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related discipline
- 15+ years of experience
- Strong knowledge in QM, PP and ATTP (serialization)
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to specifications
- Independent and reliable worker
- Team player
- Strong communication skills
- Intercultural skills
- Pharmaceutical experience with exposure to CSV
- Experience in Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain domains
- Knowledge of Computer System Validation (CSV) and GxP regulations preferred
- Master's Degree (MBA, M.Tech, or equivalent) preferred
- SAP Certification in PP, QM, or ATTP is an added advantage
- Training or certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) is desirable
