- Build a predictable acquisition engine that generates 6 to 10 qualified appointments per business day, per chapter, working backward from membership goals to the lead volume, budget, and conversion rates required.
- Lead paid media strategy across Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging channels, including audiences, creative, offers, budgets, and testing, and decide where to invest more, invest less, or stop.

- Set the creative and messaging strategy for member acquisition and quickly replicate winning campaigns across markets.
- Build and manage the marketing function as the business grows, including agencies, media partners, and Marketing Managers, with clear playbooks, KPIs, QA standards, and performance reviews.
- Build dashboards and scorecards that show spend, leads, appointments, show rates, conversion, new members, and acquisition cost by chapter and channel, and use them to make fast decisions.
