About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own CEO Life's chapter-level marketing strategy and the Road to 20 operating system
  • Develop individualized marketing plans for every chapter based on market, demographics, membership profile, maturity, historical performance and acquisition channels
  • Build a predictable acquisition engine generating approximately 6–10 qualified appointments per business day per chapter
  • Oversee paid acquisition across Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn and emerging channels
  • Own campaign architecture, audiences, targeting, creative, offers, messaging, retargeting, budgets, testing and optimization
  • Design and continuously improve the prospective-member funnel from advertising through interview
  • Develop landing pages, application flows, lead nurturing, SMS/email sequences, appointment reminders and retargeting campaigns
  • Establish creative strategy and oversee ad concepts, copy, video concepts, social creative, landing-page copy, email/SMS copy and campaign positioning
  • Build, train, manage and develop a team of Marketing Managers
  • Establish SOPs, playbooks, dashboards, KPIs, reporting, QA standards, campaign templates, testing protocols and performance reviews
  • Create communication and reporting structures for Corporate Marketing, Marketing Managers and Chapter Partners
  • Diagnose underperforming chapters, communicate solutions and lead corrective action
  • Build a centralized command center for chapter marketing performance
  • Develop dashboards and scorecards tracking spend, leads, appointments, show rates, conversion, members, CAC, revenue and ROI
  • Use data to make rapid decisions and scale winning campaigns across markets
  • Deliver the primary KPI of 20 new members per month per chapter, with supporting appointment, CAC, budget and performance targets

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Significant experience building and scaling performance-driven customer acquisition systems
  • Deep understanding of paid media, funnels, creative, copy, CRM, automation, analytics and sales conversion
  • Demonstrated experience managing significant advertising budgets and multiple simultaneous markets or business units
  • Ability to evaluate performance deeply enough to challenge agencies, media buyers, copywriters or Marketing Managers
  • Experience marketing to CEOs, entrepreneurs, executives, affluent consumers, professional services, memberships, franchises, multi-location businesses or high-ticket products/services is highly valuable
  • Highly analytical, extremely organized and decisive
  • Comfortable with accountability and leading a rapidly growing team
  • Able to operate effectively in a startup/fast-paced environment
