About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and execute sales programs through Regional Account Directors (RADs), focusing on provider targeting, ED expansion, EMR integration, and patient-first order sets
  • Coach RADs and Clinical Account Managers (CAMs) on key activities, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic preparation
  • Partner with RADs and RVPs to optimize regional plans, manage territory splits, and align Clinical Account Specialists (CAS)
  • Facilitate core Account Management processes, including VP leadership meetings, attrition/retention reviews, and RAD pulse calls
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations to leverage data and partner with the Training department to track personnel performance and hiring quality
  • Identify, design, and implement new processes to enhance operational efficiency
  • Act as a change agent to influence the organization and instill a sense of urgency
  • Evaluate new business opportunities, including new segments, technologies, acquisitions, or partnerships, using a strategic framework and problem-solving toolkit
  • Support expansion by conducting sourcing, due diligence, and developing formal business cases
  • Partner with department leaders on high-priority, ad-hoc projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to articulate questions that lead to deeper analysis
  • Skilled in structuring ambiguous problems and using logic to drive key analyses
  • Ability to build effective relationships across all organizational levels, including influencing the executive leadership team
  • Ability to tailor communication to the audience and translate complex concepts into succinct, digestible formats
  • Experience with setting up and managing projects in a complex environment
  • Highly motivated self-starter with the willingness to remove obstacles and manage cross-functional stakeholders
  • Comfortable being a flexible team player, working individually or within a team, and serving as both an individual contributor and a leader
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal direction
  • Ability to make independent decisions to prioritize assignments and meet numerous requests and deadlines
  • Ability to give direction and exercise tact, diplomacy, empathy, and firmness in sometimes highly emotional situations
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
