About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead enterprise-level negotiations and secure system-wide agreements, including Master Agreements, System Implementation Plan (SIP) agreements, and sole source strategies
- Manage Master Agreement structures, defining strategies for committed versus non-committed agreements
- Drive EMR, protocol, and workflow integration
- Oversee onboarding requirements for new sites across IT/security, legal, and committee approvals
- Develop and execute strategies for Federal Government and VA specific accounts
- Quantify economic and quality impact through Ceribell Health Economic Stories and enterprise HEC valuations
- Partner with Revenue Integrity teams on NTAP capture, accurate ED billing, CC/MCC estimates, and reimbursement objections
- Build relationships with Medical Transport and Patient Logistics teams
- Execute Bottoms up - Tops Down market adoption strategies
- Lead Market Level Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
- Partner with Clinical Account Managers and Territory Managers on cadences, SMART objectives, and account success
- Manage funnel movement and deal velocity through dashboard metrics; mitigate competitive threats
- Expand service line adoption with Service Line Owners and Department Chiefs
- Partner with Nursing leadership on Women & Children and pre-term EEG access
- Embed Ceribell into critical care protocols for Delirium monitoring and Sepsis-associated encephalopathy management
- Use patient case examples to validate clinical impact, including LOS reductions and ASM intubation avoidance
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of medical commercial sales experience, with at least 5 years focused on IDN / health system enterprise sales
- Proven track record of negotiating and closing large, complex health system agreements
- Deep understanding of hospital decision-making processes, with a demonstrated ability to align corporate, market, and hospital-level stakeholders
- Strong executive presence with the ability to engage at the C-suite level and build relationships that survive contract cycles
- Excellent strategic and analytical skills, with a heavy emphasis on interpreting health economic data and EMR integration strategies
- Must reside within the US and be willing to travel 50%+
- Experience in neurology, critical care, emergency medicine, or medtech capital sales strongly preferred
