About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide flexible operational and analytical support to the Chief People Officer and Chief of Staff
  • Maintain delivery trackers, chase inputs, surface risks and keep strategic project plans current
  • Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, drafting and data interpretation, checking outputs before senior review
  • Coordinate with People Operations, Resourcing and Learning colleagues
  • Track P&C actual spend against plan, flag variances and produce monthly financial reporting with commentary
  • Provide commercial and workforce analysis, including headcount, cost and partner pipeline metrics
  • Prepare and quality-check decks, papers and board materials for SLT and board meetings
  • Coordinate contributor input to tight deadlines
  • Track meeting actions and decisions through completion, chasing owners and flagging slippage
  • Work closely with the Chief of Staff, Chief People Officer, People Data Reporting Manager and P&C leadership team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Project management experience
  • Fluent use of AI tools for analysis, drafting and data interpretation
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage trackers, chase inputs and maintain plans under changing priorities
  • Ability to interpret, build, monitor and report against budgets and forecasts
  • Ability to draw insight from data and financial information
  • Confident PowerPoint and Excel user
  • Ability to turn detailed or technical information into clear, board- and SLT-ready materials
  • Discretion and commercial awareness when handling confidential and sensitive material
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Numerical degree or accountancy qualification would be beneficial
