About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead award-winning early careers recruitment strategies
  • Own regional or service line hiring targets
  • Deliver day-to-day recruitment alongside strategic Early Careers projects
  • Help deliver recruitment projects and communications across the firm
  • Design and deliver work experience, summer internship, and Talent Track partnership degree programmes
  • Plan and run attraction, pre-joiner, and recruitment events
  • Advise senior stakeholders and business leaders
  • Build recruitment strategies tailored to hiring regions and local market realities
  • Partner with employer brand and RPO teams to attract diverse, high-calibre talent
  • Run the full recruitment lifecycle from attraction and engagement through assessment and onboarding
  • Design and deliver assessment and selection processes
  • Use data, technology, and AI to improve recruitment processes
  • Act as the subject-matter expert on student recruitment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Significant experience in high-volume early careers or student recruitment, ideally within Professional Services, Finance or Banking
  • Strong understanding of national strategies and local market dynamics
  • Experience designing and delivering work experience programmes and summer internships
  • Proven ability to lead complex recruitment initiatives and projects from concept through delivery and review
  • Skilled at engaging, influencing, and managing senior stakeholders and business leaders
  • Strong project management skills, including ownership of deliverables, timelines, and outcomes across multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Experience working in a dispersed, cross-functional team
  • Ability to balance independent decision-making with collaborative input
  • Confidence designing and delivering events and programmes aligned to brand, diversity, and talent goals
  • Passion for creating outstanding candidate experiences, with a continuous improvement mindset and data-led approach
  • Experience designing and delivering degree apprenticeship programmes would be beneficial, but is not essential
