About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for CertifyOS’s customer-facing Applications portfolio
- Lead products including Credentialing, Monitoring, Provider Tools, and Applied AI
- Lead investment trade-offs to accelerate revenue and create profitable customer outcomes
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and leadership
- Develop next-generation application offerings with Sales and Business Development
- Embed applied AI solutions into product portfolios to improve productivity and accuracy
- Prepare CertifyOS for agent-first go-to-market approaches
- Raise organizational fluency and execution in an AI-first environment
- Lead and develop product managers across the applications domain
- Establish clarity, prioritization, operating cadence, and high standards for product execution
- Coach product managers in roadmap work and ambiguous 0→1 problem spaces
- Build a culture of accountability, curiosity, customer empathy, and high standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of Product Management experience
- 5+ years of leading product teams or founder experience scaling and leading teams
- Experience leading senior and accomplished product managers
- Health tech experience
- Fluency in provider data and credentialing
- B2B SaaS background
- Experience with growth-stage startups and larger-scale and earlier-stage companies
- Ability to build scalable systems and rethink product management for an AI-first world
- Experience or capability in applied AI and agentic systems
- Exceptional product thinking and comfort with ambiguity
- Ability to lead product strategy, roadmap, and execution across applications, Applied AI, Credentialing, Monitoring, and Provider Tools
