About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution across CertifyOS’s Applications portfolio, including Applied AI, Credentialing, Monitoring, and Provider Tools
- Lead investment trade-offs to accelerate revenue and create delighted, profitable customers
- Shape the direction of CertifyOS’s core applications business
- Improve product execution quality and pace across the portfolio
- Identify new product investments that can unlock future growth
- Lead Applied AI investments and define how AI and agentic systems improve customer workflows and internal operations
- Enhance operational workflows such as credentialing
- Explore agent-first product and go-to-market approaches
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and leadership to translate strategy into execution
- Develop next-generation application offerings with Sales and Business Development
- Raise organizational fluency and execution in an AI-first world
- Lead and develop product managers across the applications domain
- Establish clarity, judgment, prioritization, and strong operating cadence
- Raise standards for product thinking, product communication, and cross-functional execution
- Coach product managers in structured roadmap work and ambiguous 0→1 problem spaces
- Build a culture of accountability, curiosity, customer empathy, and high standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of Product Management experience
- 5+ years of experience leading product teams, or founder experience scaling and leading teams
- Experience leading senior and accomplished product managers
- Strong product thinking and ability to operate comfortably with ambiguity
- Experience in growth-stage startups, larger-scale companies, and earlier-stage companies
- Ability to create scalable operating systems and processes, including in an AI-first environment
- Health tech experience is a plus, particularly fluency in provider data and credentialing
- Strong B2B SaaS background may be considered
- Exceptional clarity in complex situations
- Ability to lead product strategy, roadmap, and execution across an applications portfolio
- Experience with Applied AI, agentic systems, or AI-first product and go-to-market approaches
- Ability to partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and leadership
