About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Steward Certify's brand identity, including voice, tone, visual language, and positioning
  • Maintain and evolve the brand guidelines system
  • Lead periodic brand audits and use findings to evolve the brand
  • Partner with Product Marketing and leadership on positioning, market strategy, and competitive narrative
  • Own the master content strategy and editorial calendar
  • Develop thought leadership for health plan executives and provider operations leaders
  • Lead creation of articles, blogs, LinkedIn content, newsletters, video scripts, webinars, event presentations, white papers, contributed industry pieces, and sales enablement assets
  • Build a scalable content production engine using AI tools, internal subject-matter experts, customer insights, and external partners
  • Partner with Marketing, BD, Product, Customer Success, and executives to support pipeline creation, customer education, product launches, events, and market authority
  • Own Certify's podcast, including guest strategy, topic selection, production, publishing, and audience growth
  • Drive Certify's LinkedIn presence and executive ghostwriting programs
  • Build and grow Certify's owned newsletter
  • Track channel performance and optimize content type, frequency, and distribution
  • Own events strategy and manage conferences, roundtables, webinars, proprietary events, logistics, materials, and follow-up campaigns
  • Develop employer brand strategy and recruiting content
  • Partner with People & Talent on talent marketing
  • Own corporate communications, including executive announcements, company updates, investor communications, and press releases
  • Build internal brand engagement programs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6–10+ years in brand marketing, content strategy, or editorial leadership
  • Track record of building or transforming a brand at a healthcare or technology company
  • Demonstrated experience owning content operations at scale, including editorial systems, production workflows, and high-volume output
  • Hands-on experience managing owned media channels such as LinkedIn company presence, newsletters, podcasts, or video programs
  • Strong writing and editorial skills
  • Ability to translate business goals into brand narratives and content strategies for B2B buyers and talent audiences
  • Preferred: Background in healthtech, health plan operations, or B2B enterprise SaaS with complex buyer audiences
  • Preferred: Experience with AI-driven content workflows, LLMs, automation platforms, or content intelligence software
  • Preferred: Experience managing or contributing to executive thought leadership and ghostwriting programs
  • Preferred: Familiarity with demand generation and ABM
