About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with Sales, Business Development, and customers to identify emerging opportunities
- Understand user problems, buyer priorities, and Certify's data and platform advantages
- Evaluate willingness to pay, market demand, pricing, cost to serve, and expansion potential
- Decide which ideas to iterate, scale, or stop and communicate the reasoning
- Partner with existing product teams to create leverage and accelerate the business
- Work directly with customers to understand workflows, exceptions, and manual steps
- Build and iterate working prototypes using AI coding tools and agentic systems
- Test workflows with realistic data and clear measures of value
- Partner with Sales on demonstrations and early customer engagements
- Stay accountable from experimentation through delivery, adoption, and expansion
- Work with Engineering, Design, Operations, and Client Success to turn validated ideas into repeatable products
- Balance early-customer needs with broader product opportunities
- Apply technical judgment to agentic products, including tool/API integration, evaluations, human review, permissions, and failure handling
- Shape positioning, packaging, pricing, launches, and repeatable implementation with commercial teams
- Measure customer value and business results, including adoption, time saved, operational quality, revenue, expansion, and margin
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of product management experience, or founder experience with comparable ownership, in SaaS, healthtech, or another complex software business
- Practical fluency in AI and agentic systems
- Experience using tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools to build and test ideas
- Examples of working prototypes or products helped deliver
- Experience taking an ambiguous opportunity from discovery to a shipped product
- Ability to earn trust with customers and Sales
- Ability to make sound product and investment decisions
- Ability to work effectively with engineers across customer conversations, workflow details, technical tradeoffs, and business cases
- Curiosity, experimentation, comfort with uncertainty, rapid learning, responsiveness to feedback, and attention to detail
- Experience launching new paid offerings, working with early customers, or building businesses that combine software and operational services would help
- Healthcare technology, provider data, regulated enterprise workflows, or deploying AI agents/automation into customer operations would help
