About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prospect for business opportunities through marketing-generated demand or market research
- Identify, acquire, and develop existing and new clients
- Build and nurture strong relationships, converting leads into clients
- Identify potential business opportunities and conduct industry analysis, prospecting, and lead qualification
- Act in a consultative capacity with prospects and leads to understand their needs and requirements
- Lead meetings and presentations on the solutions offered, together with internal specialists
- Lead technical discovery and scope development
- Monitor and validate the development of the technical scope internally
- Validate the technical scope with the client and facilitate adjustments
- Prepare customized commercial proposals and negotiate contractual terms and commercial conditions
- Evaluate and prioritize portfolio clients to achieve targets
- Expand business within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling
- Drive client success by coordinating internal teams to deliver the contracted scope
- Serve as the commercial point of contact, resolve issues, and ensure ongoing satisfaction
- Represent CESAR at events and initiatives to identify leads and develop business
- Identify and structure institutional partnership opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in sales or account management
- In-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services
- In-depth knowledge of at least one incentive law or program (LI, ANP, or ANEEL)
- Familiarity with customer retention techniques
- Practical knowledge of CRM tools and other relevant technologies
- Knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques
- Ability to conduct project planning and sales analyses to support decision-making during negotiations
- Knowledge of contract management, financial resource management, and project management
- Knowledge of tabular data analysis and basic metrics, including averages, medians, and percentiles
- Knowledge of using AI tools to accelerate work
- Specialization or, at minimum, a completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Economics, Technology (ICT), or a related field
- Advanced English proficiency in reading, writing, listening, and speaking
- Ability to take initiative and make quick decisions
- Ability to present arguments assertively and navigate conflicts
- Ability to act effectively to achieve or exceed objectives by developing action plans with clear goals and deadlines
