About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead administration and execution of enterprise Employee Resource Group (ERG) programs, including planning, communications, budgets, events, resources, and participation analytics
  • Partner with ERG leaders on connection, belonging, professional development, and cultural awareness programs
  • Manage site engagement programs and local culture-building activities
  • Coordinate employee experience initiatives across onboarding, recognition, engagement, and community involvement
  • Develop and execute employee events, volunteer initiatives, recognition programs, and culture-building experiences
  • Partner with universities and internal teams on internship recruiting, onboarding, and intern engagement programs
  • Collaborate with Internal Communications and HR partners on program communications
  • Monitor participation, feedback, and engagement trends
  • Maintain program governance, documentation, calendars, budgets, vendor relationships, and reporting
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve employee engagement, inclusion, and employee experience

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration with a Human Resources emphasis, or undergraduate degree with an active HR certification via SHRM or HRCI
  • 3+ years of experience in employee engagement programs and initiatives, HR program management, communications, or community-building programs
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is required
  • Experience supporting employee resource groups, employee communities, internship programs, or culture-focused initiatives is preferred
  • Ability to analyze feedback and participation data, identify trends, and recommend program improvements is required
  • Equivalent combination of experience and education may be accepted in lieu of the stated education and experience
