About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Produce and maintain advisory accounts, including setup, maintenance, and resolution of account work items
- Provide operational support for financial planning operations, BD operations, processing, and service
- Process daily work items while meeting process requirements, SLAs, and quality metrics
- Partner with Operations Leads, Team Leads, managers, Program Managers, AdviceWorks, compliance, and other internal teams
- Cross-train team members on Specialty Operations queues and workflows
- Identify and resolve operational issues proactively
- Respond to internal and external customer inquiries through Salesforce, email, mail, and phone
- Research complex customer account cases and respond within required timelines
- Handle low-to-mid-level escalations and provide first-level resolution for Support Center, Inbox, and Salesforce inquiries
- Review and complete compliance audit reviews of plans
- Communicate ideas, escalations, and operational awareness to leadership
- Develop proficiency in Docupace, NetX360, AdviceWorks, MAA, Salesforce, and Smartworks
- Ensure advisors receive consistent, high-quality customer service
- Comply with team procedures and regulatory requirements
- Complete other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 years’ experience in the financial industry
- 1 years of experience with MS Office tools
- Licensing, if applicable
- Ability to multi-task
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive role model to colleagues
- Highly responsive to coaching and training
- Independent; able to work and resolve complex issues with minimal guidance
- Ability to learn quickly and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Team player attitude
- Energetic and results-oriented
- Bachelor’s degree desired
- Series 99, 6, or 7 license desired
- Demonstrated experience delivering excellent problem resolution, organizational, and follow-up skills
- Ability to meet regulatory deadlines, handle field inquiries, and complete internal assignments
- No travel required
