About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support global servers, storage, networking, and infrastructure operations across on-premises environments
Serve as the senior technical escalation point for infrastructure and enterprise systems
Partner with R&D and engineering teams to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of business-critical systems
Drive infrastructure modernization, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement programs
Oversee backup, recovery, monitoring, and operational resilience across the organization
Administer and support physical and virtual servers across global environments
Manage company-wide on-premises and cloud backup solutions, ensuring data protection and recovery readiness
Configure, maintain, and support LAN infrastructure across worldwide office locations
Evaluate, implement, and promote automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and service delivery
Monitor infrastructure health and performance, ensuring the integrity and availability of servers, storage systems, applications, and critical services
Troubleshoot incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and recover from system failures

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of hands-on experience as a system administrator
Full Microsoft proficiency with AD, DNS, DHCP, CA, etc.
Scripting experience with Python, VB, PowerShell, etc.
VMware proficiency
At least CCNA network-level knowledge
Knowledge and experience with physical servers and various equipment
Advantage: former experience with NetApp, SAN, Commvault, SolarWinds, Linux, or AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Copilot
