About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Produce accurate operational reporting and data analysis, including binder-related reporting
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and other testing for new systems, enhancements and process changes
- Analyse and support resolution of system, process and operational issues
- Support new systems and processes enabling revenue growth and strategic initiatives
- Map, document and improve operational workflows and procedures
- Identify opportunities for system enhancement, automation and control improvements
- Support data integrity and operational initiatives across Compliance, Claims and other business areas
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to support change and continuous improvement
- Perform general administration and office duties as required
- Provide dedicated Business Enablement support across CFC Australia's operational functions, reporting to the Compliance & Operations Manager and working closely with the Operations Specialist
Requirements
What you’ll need- Tertiary qualification (Bachelor's degree or higher)
- Strong IT skills and ability to quickly learn new systems, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical, reporting and data management skills
- High attention to detail with strong organisational and time management abilities
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills
- Ability to take ownership, use initiative and manage competing priorities
- Experience in data analysis, reporting or operational support roles is highly regarded
- Experience in financial services or insurance is advantageous
- Exposure to system testing, process mapping, workflow improvement, compliance, claims or underwriting operations would be beneficial
