About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support planning, execution, and optimisation of integrated demand generation programs across India, including regional campaigns, events, digital programs, and account-focused activities.
  • Execute local partner campaigns, co-marketing programs, workshops, customer events, webinars, partner days, and other joint demand-generation activities with India Partner Sales and APJ Marketing.
  • Support local activations such as industry conferences, executive events, customer roundtables, partner events, meetups, webinars, and virtual experiences.
  • Coordinate event logistics, speaker preparation, KBYG documentation, onsite execution, and post-event follow-up.
  • Track leads and opportunities generated through India marketing programs and support timely follow-up with BDRs, Sales, Partner Sales, and Marketing Operations.
  • Manage relationships with local event agencies, production partners, digital agencies, vendors, and other third parties.
  • Track campaign performance and marketing KPIs using CRM and BI tools, reporting on pipeline contribution, partner influence, ROI, engagement, and optimisation opportunities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5 years of marketing experience within a B2B technology company, ideally in cybersecurity, cloud, SaaS, cloud-native, DevOps, or developer tooling.
  • Experience supporting field marketing, demand generation, partner marketing, or regional marketing programs in India.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally across Sales, Partner Sales, Marketing, Digital, Operations, and global teams.
  • Comfortable taking ownership and executing hands-on in a fast-paced, remote-first, high-growth environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of the India B2B technology landscape and how enterprise technology organisations go to market locally.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20% across India and the broader region for events, partner activities, and team collaboration.
