About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own end-to-end implementation for Chamber’s health system partners from executed agreement through go-live and steady-state operations
  • Build implementation plans, run workstreams, and hold internal and partner teams accountable to dates
  • Serve as day-to-day relationship owner for enterprise partners
  • Build trust with executive sponsors, service line leaders, and practice-level operators
  • Map stakeholder environments and sequence work based on required approvals and actions
  • Translate enterprise agreements into operational requirements, including provider rosters, data flows, care pathways, and reporting
  • Partner with Clinical, Product, and Data teams to operationalize agreements
  • Build an enterprise implementation playbook
  • Drive network panel density through provider participation, attributed patients, and program adoption
  • Own the activation path from agreement to fully onboarded and live practices
  • Manage network participation agreements and amendments from draft to execution
  • Partner with Practice Success Managers to sequence onboarding, clear blockers, and define each practice’s first 90 days
  • Identify untapped network density and create plans to close gaps
  • Build and run the practice network meeting cadence, including calendars, agendas, materials, and follow-ups
  • Prepare analysis on contract performance, program adoption, and opportunity sizing
  • Carry ambiguous, high-stakes work through to results as an extender to the Head of Network Operations
  • Maintain current network-wide visibility into live, progressing, and at-risk work
  • Use technology and AI to automate reporting and follow-up work
  • Deliver first-90-day implementation, cadence, panel-density, amendment-queue, and ELT read-out objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5–8+ years across health system strategy, strategic account management, enterprise implementation, or provider-focused consulting
  • Direct experience owning or advising a complex health system or multi-site provider relationship through implementation and steady-state operations
  • Comfort moving between executive conversations, spreadsheets, and practice operations problems
  • Strong project management instincts, including building plans, holding dates, chasing details, and maintaining momentum
  • Analytical fluency, including building models, reading performance reports, and turning analysis into actionable recommendations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Credibility with health system executives and practice office managers
  • Working knowledge of value-based care, payer-provider dynamics, and provider contracting
  • Comfort with technology and curiosity about AI and automation
  • Willingness to travel regularly to practice sites and partner health systems
  • Must be able to work EST/CST hours
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship
