About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build pipeline through partner ecosystems, industry communities, and targeted events
  • Run a consultative, full-cycle sales process
  • Diagnose prospects' technology stacks, data challenges, and channel strategies before demonstrating solutions
  • Qualify opportunities and close outcome-focused deals
  • Sell to mid-market and enterprise eCommerce teams managing large product catalogs
  • Develop the agency channel and build partnerships that generate multiple accounts
  • Bring market signals to the team to influence positioning, product priorities, and campaign strategy
  • Hit and exceed sales targets
  • Work alongside the North American Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams
  • Report to the Sales Team Lead

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years closing new business in B2B SaaS
  • Ideally experience in eCommerce technology, feed management, product data, or martech
  • Understanding of the eCommerce tech stack, including platforms, ERPs, PIMs, marketplaces, and advertising channels
  • Experience selling to operations-minded buyers such as eCommerce Ops, Digital Merchandising, and Catalog teams
  • Experience qualifying prospects and closing new business
  • Full-time availability, 40 hours per week
  • Ability to periodically work from the Manhattan, NYC office as needed
  • Availability to travel to events, approximately 3 trips per quarter
  • Existing eCommerce agency network is a bonus
  • Experience migrating customers off competitor platforms is a bonus
  • Familiarity with Google Shopping, Meta product feeds, TikTok Shop, or marketplace listing workflows is a bonus
  • Personal brand or reputation in eCommerce/feed management circles is a bonus
  • US citizenship or a valid work permit to work in the US
  • Application must be submitted in English
