About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Further develop the Payments product area from discovery through delivery to measuring success
- Strategically develop the portfolio of PSP and payment-terminal integrations
- Ensure that customers can use the payment methods suited to their respective markets
- Manage, structure, and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with Engineering, QA, and UI/UX
- Conduct discovery activities and manage stakeholders
- Balance customer and market requirements, product strategy, and execution
- Monitor market, compliance, security, and regulatory developments
- Derive relevant product requirements from market and regulatory developments
- Define and analyze appropriate metrics to evaluate success, payment quality, and adoption
- Help shape scalable solutions for charging infrastructure, partners, and services
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience in Product Management or as a Product Owner in a SaaS environment
- Practical knowledge of payments and FinTech
- Experience integrating payment terminals is a plus
- Excellent understanding of complex business, technical, and regulatory requirements
- Ability to structure requirements and translate them into clear product decisions
- Experience with backlog management, prioritization, and discovery
- Experience collaborating with Engineering and Delivery teams
- Ability to maintain an overview and set clear priorities even in dynamic and challenging situations
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Clear and proactive communication skills
- Good German language skills are a plus
