About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the development and execution of partner marketing programs supporting partner, pipeline, and revenue growth
  • Develop and manage partner segmentation, tiering, MDF programs, incentives, investment criteria, and program benefits
  • Create scalable go-to-market and demand generation initiatives for distributors, resellers, and strategic partners
  • Establish measurement frameworks evaluating partner marketing performance, pipeline contribution, revenue impact, and return on investment
  • Develop partner-facing campaigns, content, tools, and enablement resources
  • Use performance insights and data analysis to optimize programs and improve partner engagement
  • Collaborate with Channel Sales, Marketing, Operations, and regional teams globally
  • Provide leadership and direction for channel marketing initiatives and support growth of the function
  • Report to the Vice President, Growth & Demand Generation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience
  • Significant experience in channel, partner, or ecosystem marketing
  • Experience building, scaling, or enhancing partner marketing programs
  • Deep understanding of distributor, reseller, and indirect go-to-market models
  • Demonstrated success developing partner marketing programs that contribute to measurable pipeline and revenue growth
  • Experience developing MDF programs, partner incentives, tiering frameworks, and partner investment strategies
  • Proven ability to collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams in a global environment
  • Experience establishing KPIs, performance measurement systems, and reporting frameworks for partner marketing programs
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate program performance and make data-driven recommendations
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and operational leadership skills
  • Ability to influence stakeholders across functions and regions
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
