About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide a supporting role in managing campaign administration tasks and client reporting
- Ensure charity clients are aware of amendments in a timely and accurate manner
- Prepare Area Movements for clients and the Chartered Institute of Fundraising
- Conduct daily quality control calls to donors, focusing on compliance risks and appropriate sensitivity
- Track quality control calls and flag conduct concerns
- Plan, produce, and manage Doorsets for the home-to-home channel
- Work with Field Managers and fundraisers to develop the channel and maximise growth and quality improvements
- Log and report donor exceptions, cancellations, and amendments
- Run portal reports as required
- Assist with fundraiser mailings
- Assist with developing and implementing tablet processes and procedures
- Handle associated administration and fundraiser queries
- Gather data and support monthly campaign KPI reports
- Participate in regular internal and client team meetings
- Support ongoing ad hoc projects and initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- A proactive, positive, and flexible approach
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, client services, or a similar role (preferred but not essential)
