About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage new-hire onboarding from preboarding through client-facing care
  • Support clinical training efforts and learn the roles and responsibilities of assigned onboarding cohorts
  • Assist new hires in completing all steps of the clinical onboarding process
  • Provide direct training and support as needed
  • Maintain regular contact with new hires via email, phone, and text
  • Keep onboarding materials current, relevant, and impactful
  • Collaborate with recruiting, onboarding, leadership, regulatory, and HR operations departments
  • Conduct periodic audits of employee file data for timeliness and completeness
  • Maintain strict confidentiality when managing sensitive employee and contractor information
  • Escalate issues promptly and diplomatically
  • Build positive relationships with clinical and administrative leadership and external partners
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 2 years of HR onboarding administration or training experience required
  • HR experience in a clinical setting is highly desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Detail-oriented
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and outside-the-box thinking
  • Familiarity with and willingness to use cloud-based communication software: Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, and Dropbox
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and listening skills with a natural, consultative style
  • Ability to energize, communicate, and build rapport at all levels within an organization
  • Work authorized in the United States
  • Native or bilingual English proficiency
  • Team members living within 45 minutes of a Charlie Health office are expected to follow a hybrid work schedule
  • Several state background checks required for clearance to see clients
