About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the client journey from first contact through the start of care
  • Serve as the connection between referral partners, clients, and the Admissions team
  • Keep referral partners informed about referred clients
  • Partner with the Outreach team to move clients toward treatment
  • Coach on pipeline strategy to keep Outreach focused in the field
  • Identify barriers to care and escalate recurring patterns
  • Coordinate client rescheduling and stalled-care follow-up
  • Collaborate with the SUD-focused Outreach and Admissions teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in a direct client-facing role, particularly in the mental health field, preferred
  • Ability to support pipeline management during key Central Time and West Coast hours (11am to 7pm ET)
  • Work authorization in the United States
  • Native or bilingual English proficiency
  • Familiarity with and willingness to use cloud-based communication software, including Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox, and Salesforce
  • Daily use of EMR and survey software
