About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Translate High-Level Designs and clinical source material into learning modules, slide decks, workbooks, talk tracks, and training packages
  • Build reusable, skill-aligned modules rather than standalone weekly decks
  • Create visually clear content presenting complex clinical concepts in digestible formats
  • Write facilitator guides with talk tracks, timing cues, transition notes, and group-dynamics instructions
  • Structure content to maximize participation, interactive discussion, and peer-to-peer learning
  • Design polls, breakout scenarios, and reflection prompts for virtual group therapy
  • Develop workbooks, extension activities, and supplemental between-session materials
  • Contribute to modularization initiatives such as Skills Cards and in-platform workbooks
  • Maintain and iteratively improve assigned curricula within a library of 50 programs
  • Use client feedback, facilitator input, and engagement or satisfaction data to prioritize redesign work
  • Use AI for content drafting, quality checks, documentation, and exploring product-level curriculum delivery improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field
  • Working knowledge of instructional design methodologies, such as ADDIE and SAM
  • Working knowledge of adult learning theory and ability to apply it practically
  • Daily, fluent use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot
  • Judgment to assess and revise AI-generated content
  • Experience working directly in a CMS such as Contentful to structure, link, and publish content
  • Strong proficiency in Google Slides/PowerPoint and document tooling
  • Ability to build clean, reusable templates and components
  • Basic data literacy and ability to interpret engagement and satisfaction data, such as Hex dashboards
  • Ability to adapt writing voice to a warm, empathetic, and conversational brand style
  • Sound instructional judgment and ability to iterate on content
  • Preferred: Experience prototyping interactive or client-facing content with AI-assisted tools such as Claude Code
  • Preferred: Familiarity with virtual training platforms and remote instruction
  • Preferred: Basic scripting or no-code/low-code experience, such as light HTML/CSS or Zapier-style automation
  • Preferred: Exposure to clinical or therapeutic content, such as DBT, CBT, or CFT
