About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the PR Manager, Assistant PR Manager and PR agencies in securing regular, quality, on-brand press coverage across print, online, broadcast and social channels
Research and develop influencer strategies and relationships
Contribute to communication strategies and PR plans for product launches, new markets and campaigns
Prepare reporting and wrap reports for launches and events, including PR and VIP/Red Carpet activity
Maintain media and pitching lists, awards logs, PR calendars and other central tracker documents
Analyse press and influencer KPIs and track results using Cision and Traackr
Manage gifting, samples, influencer and VIP mailers, press seedings and product order processing
Manage monthly PR agency gifting cupboard orders
Manage proactive and reactive image requests from agencies and external partners
Manage NPD sample distribution to agencies and press
Circulate weekly North EU PR updates covering press, influencer and VIP/Red Carpet highlights
Assist with planning and execution of PR and VIP events and activities
Work with marketing and commercial teams to align PR with local retailer plans
Collaborate with North EU and Global PR and North EU Marketing teams on launch activity
Promote brand values and work with global PR, marketing, commercial, training, education and external partners
Act as a reliable partner to in-market agencies
Report to the North EU PR Manager and work closely with Global PR, North EU Marketing, Commercial, Education and Training teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Some experience across press and influencer activity, either in-house or in an agency environment
Strong writing skills and creative flair for reports and presentations, editing, proofreading, and compiling documents
Meticulous attention to detail
Passion for stories and cultural zeitgeist
Awareness of social media and news trends
Experience executing locally, ideally in EU countries
Fluency in one EU language other than English is ideal
Flexible and professional attitude
Exceptional organisational and prioritising skills
Results-driven approach
Relationship-building and networking skills
Ability to work autonomously and hands-on, showing initiative and foresight
Energetic, driven and ambitious with a strong team spirit
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
