About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and drive regional supply planning excellence to optimize inventory and service levels
- Identify additional regional sell-in opportunities within blocked horizon
- Drive continuous improvement of supply planning and stock balancing processes and systems
- Ensure on-time product availability by developing action plans or alternatives for delayed products
- Own and deliver key reports to cross-functional partners weekly, monthly, and quarterly
- Manage stock tracking and delivery OTIF
- Provide monthly fill rates and corresponding root cause analysis
- Drive local rework initiatives, ensuring OTIF delivery and identifying process improvements that enhance service, efficiency, and cost performance
- Work with the AVP, Supply Chain
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years Supply Chain planning related experience
- Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills required
- Demonstrated experience and expertise in supply planning role(s)
- Organized, thorough and detail-oriented
- Numerate, analytical and a good problem-solver
- Inquisitive, resilient, someone who sees things through
- Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptive to new situations and changes in direction
