About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Acquire, develop, and grow partnerships with land-based casinos, casino management companies, and casino loyalty programs
- Build a qualified pipeline within an assigned territory and convert relationships into profitable sources of casino guest acquisition for Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises, and Regent Seven Seas Cruises
- Serve as a consultative partner to property marketing leaders and executive decision makers
- Apply casino reinvestment, player economics, segmentation, loyalty strategy, and promotional planning expertise to increase member engagement and incremental revenue
- Own commercial performance of assigned prospects and partners from initial outreach through launch and ongoing growth
- Build and execute territory development plans prioritizing casino operators and properties
- Develop relationships with casino executives and loyalty decision makers
- Originate, qualify, and advance partnership opportunities through discovery, property visits, events, referrals, and outreach
- Develop business cases and proposals; support partnership-term negotiations and approvals
- Maintain pipeline, account plans, activity records, forecasts, and next steps in CRM
- Own commercial relationships, assess partner strategies, design marketing programs, loyalty campaigns, VIP groups, events, and reciprocal benefits
- Lead business reviews, provide recommendations, and secure partner commitments
- Provide partner-facing training, program guidance, and sales materials
- Deliver goals for contracted partners, guest acquisition, casino revenue, partner-sourced revenue, and profitability
- Monitor acquisition cost, reinvestment, redemption, conversion, player value, retention, revenue, and ROI
- Develop forecasts and test-and-learn plans to improve offers, audiences, timing, events, and productivity
- Coordinate with Casino Operations, Marketing, Analytics, Loyalty, Reservations, Legal, and shipboard teams
- Own launch plans, promotional calendars, communications, event requirements, and internal handoffs
- Resolve partner and guest issues and improve processes
- Represent NCLH at casino properties, conferences, partner events, and selected sailings
- Track competitor partnerships, market developments, loyalty trends, and acquisition channels
- Share market intelligence and ensure programs comply with commercial terms, brand standards, data requirements, responsible gaming practices, and policies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or commensurate professional experience required
- Seven or more years of progressive experience in casino marketing, player development, casino business development, strategic partnerships, loyalty marketing, or a related commercial role
- Demonstrated success acquiring new accounts and growing complex casino or hospitality partnerships against measurable revenue goals
- Established relationships with property marketing leaders and executive decision makers in the assigned casino region
- Experience developing financial proposals, evaluating partnership economics, forecasting revenue, and using performance data to recommend action
- Strong understanding of casino reinvestment strategies, player segmentation, offer design, loyalty economics, customer acquisition, retention, and property-level casino marketing operations
- Ability to negotiate commercial terms, influence senior stakeholders, and coordinate execution across a matrixed organization
- Strong presentation, communication, organization, and customer relationship management skills
- Cruise, travel, hospitality, or multi-brand loyalty partnership experience preferred
- Experience with Salesforce preferred
