About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prospect and qualify enterprise opportunities within Chattermill’s defined Enterprise ICP
- Identify, research, and prioritise enterprise target accounts with $1bn+ revenue across Europe, the UK, and North America
- Build and execute tailored, multi-channel outbound campaigns using email, phone, LinkedIn, and video
- Engage senior leaders in CX, Product, Insights, and Voice of Customer roles
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads against ICP and non-ICP criteria
- Book and progress qualified meetings
- Ensure smooth handoffs and maintain an accurate pipeline in HubSpot
- Develop knowledge of Chattermill’s solution, target customers, and competitive landscape
- Iterate messaging, outreach sequences, and targeting based on conversion data and insights
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6–12 months’ experience in a B2B SaaS environment (preferred)
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
- Coachable mindset and eagerness to learn and apply feedback quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable engaging prospects by phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Commercial curiosity and ability to understand customer pain points and communicate value clearly
