About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Install and manage office IT equipment: Mac and PC laptops, network, VPN, Wi-Fi, cabling, IT racks, Google Meet video conferencing, and peripherals
  • Manage IT stock, inventories, and the IT fleet
  • Implement and improve processes to keep equipment in operational condition
  • Establish processes for managing incidents and office support issues involving screens and connectivity
  • Provide on-site and remote IT support to teams at headquarters and the Factory
  • Maintain and update work environments
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding: assigning and retrieving equipment, setting up and wiping workstations, and creating and deleting accounts
  • Optimize integrations between Slack, G Suite, Active Directory, and other systems
  • Contribute to the security of equipment and work environments
  • Raise employee awareness of security and confidentiality issues through documentation and preventive initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing a degree or qualification in IT
  • Initial experience (internship or apprenticeship) in IT support
  • Experience in a start-up or SME environment is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong service orientation
  • Knowledge of Linux, macOS, and Windows environments
  • Knowledge of Active Directory or equivalent systems is a plus
  • Basic networking knowledge: Wi-Fi, VPN, bandwidth concepts, and cabling
  • Awareness of IT security issues
  • Interest in professional technical environments, including Ruckus Wi-Fi, Palo Alto firewalls, and Proxmox virtualization
  • Available for a 4-days-per-week work-study schedule with 1 day of training
  • Weekly travel between Paris 8th arrondissement and Gennevilliers is required
