About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients
  • Ensure clients maximise their use of Busuu and that agreed goals and KPIs are met
  • Develop and deploy strategies and action plans to improve client experience, gross/net retention, and account growth
  • Successfully onboard new clients and build capabilities to help them implement Busuu in their organisation
  • Work with new business and product teams to translate business needs and product requirements into customer solutions
  • Drive customer references, case studies, and referrals
  • Identify emerging trends in the local corporate language market and maintain awareness of the competitive environment
  • Ensure customers achieve better business results through Busuu engagement strategies
  • Renew and expand accounts, with commercial performance as a primary measure

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years experience in Customer Success, Client Relationship, or Account Management within a technology business and SaaS environment
  • French and English fluency
  • Entrepreneurial, solutions-focused approach with clients’ needs at the core of business
  • Ability to interpret and present client data to customers
  • Keen interest in identifying client problems and finding smart solutions
  • Previous experience with enterprise-sized clients in a SaaS model
  • Additional European language skills are a bonus
  • Experience in the ed tech industry is a bonus
