About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support customer service across the brand’s social media channels
- Monitor, classify, and route interactions received on social media
- Write responses in accordance with the brand’s tone of voice, procedures, and guidelines
- Develop customer service, relationship-building, and social media writing skills
- Support the monitoring of sensitive topics and crisis situations, following escalation procedures
- Contribute to report preparation and identify operational insights
- Participate in the agency’s routine activities and training related to Community Management and SAC 2.0
Requirements
What you’ll need- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, and TikTok
- Strong writing skills, with attention to grammar, spelling, and clarity
- Basic knowledge of office tools and spreadsheets
- Currently pursuing a university degree
