About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Implement and execute the Quality Audit Program across CHEP-owned and subcontracted service centers
- Conduct announced and unannounced audits assessing product quality and process compliance
- Monitor and improve adherence to QMS requirements, Standard Operating Procedures, and quality best practices
- Support quality initiatives, product strategies, process improvements, and operational rollouts
- Act as CHEP’s customer-facing quality representative
- Lead root cause investigations and corrective action processes (RCA/CAPA)
- Support investigations into operational failures, customer complaints, and service disruptions
- Provide coaching and guidance to operations teams
- Gather and analyze field intelligence to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Develop and deliver quality and compliance training programs
- Promote quality, accountability, and continuous improvement across CHEP and partner operations
- Monitor and report on AQL, QMS compliance, damage ratios, audit performance, and corrective action effectiveness
- Analyze trends and recommend actions to improve product and service quality performance
- Support data-driven decision-making through quality reporting and insights
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, Food Science, or a related field preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in Quality, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Customer Service, or Continuous Improvement
- Experience handling customer complaints, quality investigations, or corrective action processes is highly desirable
- Understanding of quality investigations, complaint management, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and quality standards
- Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, and Power BI is an advantage
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, GMP/Food Industry requirements, and Lean Six Sigma principles is preferred
- Risk assessment and problem-solving mindset
- Strong communicator with excellent listening and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to build trust through structured investigations and professional follow-up
