About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop strong relationships with Cherry partner practices, focusing on retaining and growing Cherry transaction volume
- Provide training and marketing enablement to partner practice staff
- Engage partner practices in assigned territories and encourage high levels of patient transactions using Cherry
- Prospect for new customer leads and identify decision-makers
- Create opportunities and book demos with new and existing leads
- Lead product demos to register small and medium-sized medical practices
- Ask for referrals to strengthen Cherry in the assigned territory
- Solicit product and service feedback from partner practices
- Own and develop the assigned practice development sales territory
- Forecast expected sales transaction volume
- Log and track sales interactions in the CRM system
- Optimize sales engagement cadence using technology tools and data analytics
- Adapt the sales approach to different types of medical practices
- Travel to and attend industry events and trade shows as needed
- Continuously improve sales methods through feedback, learning, and experimentation
- Collaborate with colleagues and support team performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1-5+ years of experience in a sales role focused on elective medical, aesthetic, or dental practices, with a mix of field and inside sales experience preferred
- Top performer in an existing sales role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Ability and willingness to effectively engage clients over the phone and in person
- Independent worker and self-starter
- Proven ability to exceed expectations in a remote work environment
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management tools; Salesforce preferred
- Preferred experience using cloud-based communication tools such as Slack, cloud-based VoIP telephony, and Zoom
- Willingness to work in a dynamic, ever-changing environment with friendly competition where high performance is directly rewarded
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
