About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and manage a defined portfolio of named healthcare accounts
- Create new business opportunities and client relationships
- Research assigned accounts, including organizational structure, anesthesia delivery models, decision-makers, staffing challenges and opportunities
- Build relationships with clinical, operational and financial leaders and senior decision-makers
- Prospect through phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels to generate meetings and opportunities
- Navigate complex health system decision-making structures
- Use market intelligence, benchmarking, surveys and educational content to create relevant conversations
- Conduct discovery meetings regarding anesthesia staffing models, workforce challenges, financial considerations and priorities
- Match Krewe’s staffing and workforce solutions to client needs
- Develop and execute account plans through proposal, contracting and implementation
- Collaborate with recruiting, provider services, credentialing and internal teams to evaluate opportunities and develop deliverable solutions
- Partner across CHG teams and business units to accelerate opportunities
- Maintain accurate account, contact, activity and opportunity information in the CRM
- Manage sales activity and pipeline against performance expectations
- Participate in sales meetings, pipeline reviews, account strategy discussions and sales training
- Represent Krewe at industry conferences, client meetings and business development activities
- Maintain and protect confidential company, provider and client information
Requirements
What you’ll need- College-level education or equivalent professional experience
- Prior experience in business development, sales, account development or a related client-facing role, with demonstrated success developing new relationships and generating business opportunities
- Experience working within a structured sales process and CRM environment
- Strong intellectual curiosity and ability to quickly understand complex organizations, business issues and healthcare workforce challenges
- Strong business acumen and ability to engage confidently and credibly with senior healthcare leaders
- Strong discovery and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Adaptable and versatile, with judgment to adjust communication style and approach
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and a complex sales cycle
- Self-motivated, accountable and comfortable working within a performance-driven sales environment
- Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively across internal teams
- Coachable, with ability to test new approaches and continuously improve performance
- Preferred: experience in healthcare staffing, healthcare services or complex B2B sales
- Preferred: experience selling to hospitals, health systems or other complex organizations
- Preferred: experience managing named or strategic accounts and using Salesforce or comparable CRM platform
