Key responsibilities & impact

Build, run, and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting, including production numbers, pipeline/KPI recaps, sales scorecards, and business review packets
Build and maintain KPI dashboards and inspection tooling used by leadership and frontline teams
Automate recurring reporting workflows using Claude and other AI tools
Build and maintain prompts, templates, and processes that keep reports accurate with minimal manual effort
Source and validate data from FOX and other systems to ensure accuracy and completeness
Handle ad hoc data requests and quick-turn analysis for sales leadership and frontline teams
Maintain documentation of report definitions, data sources, and refresh cadence
Support CompHealth's Sales Operations team and report to the Director of Business Operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Comfortable working with data to build reports and dashboards without requiring deep technical or BI support
Proficiency in Excel (or similar) for data analysis, reporting, and working with large datasets
Familiarity with AI tools and applying them to automate and improve reporting workflows
Direct experience using Claude is a plus
Process-minded and organized, able to manage multiple recurring reporting cycles and ad hoc requests
Clear communicator who can translate data into concise, actionable summaries for leadership
2–4 years of experience in reporting, business analytics, sales operations, or a related field
Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Experience with CRM platforms; Salesforce preferred
Experience with Tableau or a similar BI/visualization tool
Hands-on experience with Claude or a similar AI platform for reporting and automation is strongly preferred
