About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary liaison between providers and facilities, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of issues
- Draft, review, and manage contracts between Krewe Anesthesia and healthcare facilities, as well as between Krewe and providers
- Oversee provider scheduling, ensuring appropriate coverage and timely updates to all stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, schedules, and communications
- Respond promptly and professionally to phone calls, emails, and text messages from providers and facility representatives
- Anticipate scheduling or contractual issues and resolve them proactively
- Support business growth by fostering strong relationships with providers and facilities
- Collaborate with leadership to improve processes and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and execute responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal, written, and digital communication skills, including phone, email, and text
- Professional demeanor with strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior experience in customer relations, healthcare staffing, or contract management preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience will be considered in lieu of degree
