About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Marketing Director with the coordination and smooth execution of operations.
  • Serve as the liaison between suppliers, the SAQ, and internal teams.
  • Liaise daily with partner producers, distribute information, complete administrative follow-ups, and update files.
  • Maintain internal tools and supplier documentation.
  • Manage submissions and updates on the SAQ B2B platform, including product offerings, samples, product statuses, and labeling.
  • Complete administrative follow-ups for promotions through SAQ Promopunch.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and the Regional Vice President.
  • Handle invoicing and track costs related to activities with the SAQ.
  • Support order and daily inventory tracking.
  • Prepare sales reports and periodic summaries.
  • Participate in coordinating marketing initiatives outside the SAQ.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Excellent organizational and administrative follow-up skills.
  • Thoroughness, autonomy, and strong attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ease communicating with suppliers and partners.
  • Proficiency with office tools, including Excel, Word, and B2B platforms.
  • Bilingual in French and English.
  • Strong interest in the wine and spirits industry (an asset).
