About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee clinical operations and evidence-based ABA service delivery for assigned home-based services region
  • Develop and maintain fidelity of ABA programming
  • Implement quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Review and analyze clinical data to guide treatment decisions and improve client outcomes
  • Collaborate with Care Coordinators, operational leadership, scheduling teams, and interdisciplinary professionals
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with BACB standards, payer requirements, and state and federal regulations
  • Participate in program development, clinical initiatives, and research activities
  • Mentor BCBAs through observation, coaching, feedback, and ongoing support
  • Oversee BCBA service delivery, billable activity, caseloads, productivity, and supervision requirements
  • Support onboarding, orientation, training, clinical meetings, competency standards, and performance reviews
  • Conduct BCBA 1:1 check-ins and monthly regional group meetings
  • Serve as responsible supervisor for BCBAs in their first year of certification
  • Hold weekly BCBA office hours and provide clinical consultation
  • Lead escalated family cases and complex clinical concerns
  • Use Power BI to monitor billable hours, supervision, and family guidance requirements
  • Coordinate client starts, case transitions, BCBA assignments, temporary coverage, and direct supervision when needed
  • Partner with families and caregivers on individualized treatment plans, caregiver training, engagement, and family guidance
  • Coordinate interdisciplinary care and maintain professional family communication
  • Approve service discharges and pursue family feedback and re-engagement
  • Interview and hire home-based BCBAs with HR and leadership
  • Onboard BCBAs into team standards, competencies, and culture
  • Provide coaching, corrective action, follow-up support, and required employee documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB
  • Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in state(s) providing services
  • Completion of BACB-approved supervision training
  • Minimum of three (3) years post-credential experience providing, supervising, or administering ABA services to individuals with ASD
  • Clinical Directors with fewer than three (3) years of post-credential experience must demonstrate competency via a formal assessment and maintain regular documented supervision or mentorship with the Regional Clinical Director or designated clinical leader
  • Strong clinical judgment
  • Family-facing communication skills
  • Ability to handle escalated situations with discretion
  • Proficiency with practice management/EHR systems, scheduling tools, and standard productivity software
  • Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification within 30 days of hire
  • Ability to work M-F, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
  • Must practice and oversee only ABA services and clinical activities within verified scope of competence, in accordance with BACB ethics, ACQ standards, and organizational guidelines
