Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School graduate or Certificate of General Educational Development (GED) or High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED) required
  • A minimum of 5+ years of administrative support experience required
  • Knowledge of computers, clerical procedures, customer service standards, collaboration, and information management required
  • Ability to problem solve, be organized, and juggle multiple priorities
  • Excellent time management, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to anticipate and initiate action regarding administrative functions while coordinating and leading projects
  • Ability to compose correspondence, including confidential information
  • Experience using complex functions with a variety of computer applications and software packages to develop macros and templates
  • Proofreading and document formatting skills
