  • Lead Chinook’s integrated growth engine across all Lines of Business
  • Engage industry, clients, and partners to identify new opportunities
  • Lead capture strategies and align marketing and business development activities to drive sustainable revenue growth
  • Establish a disciplined, repeatable growth process aligning marketing, business development, capture, and proposal execution
  • Develop and execute an integrated business development and marketing strategy aligned with Chinook’s strategic plan
  • Define priority markets, agencies, and strategic accounts
  • Establish annual pipeline and revenue growth targets
  • Develop business development roadmaps with each Line of Business
  • Support Line of Business Managers in identifying priority pursuits
  • Lead outward-facing business development activities
  • Identify and qualify new opportunities across public and private sectors
  • Develop executive-level relationships with agency leaders, facility owners, and strategic partners
  • Lead capture strategy development for major pursuits
  • Develop capture plans and win strategies
  • Establish competitive positioning and win themes
  • Oversee marketing strategy to strengthen market visibility and support pipeline development
  • Ensure sales and marketing materials support Chinook’s growth strategy
  • Lead industry engagement strategy and define conference participation priorities
  • Establish governance for growth activities and lead weekly business development pipeline reviews
  • Ensure CRM opportunities are kept up to date
  • Operate an integrated lifecycle model aligning marketing, business development, capture management, and delivery leadership
  • Lead and coordinate Chinook’s Growth Organization, providing strategic direction, mentorship, and performance oversight for growth personnel

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance based on customer and project requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, General Contracting, Engineering, or related field
  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in business development, capture management, or growth leadership supporting public sector clients
  • Demonstrated success developing pipelines and winning public contracts including GSA Schedules, IDIQs, MATOCs, and set asides
  • Strong understanding of Federal planning and procurement lifecycles and FAR / DFARS compliance requirements
  • Experience selling Maintenance, Repairs and Services, Construction Procurement and Installation, and Engineering services for mission critical HVAC, electrical, controls and cybersecurity CONUS and OCONUS
  • Experience leveraging CRM, pipeline management, and market intelligence platforms
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Teams, MS Project, and PowerPoint
  • Valid State Issued Driver's License
  • Ability to travel to various customer sites
  • Must be able to work in an office environment
  • Must be able to walk construction sites with uneven surfaces, carry up to 25 lbs., climb stairs and ladders, and work indoors and outdoors in severe weather conditions, confined spaces, and dust generating environments
  • Must be able to maintain spatial awareness and comply with safety standards near mechanical and electrical building equipment and systems
  • Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) where required
  • Preferred: Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Preferred: Active Secret or higher Security Clearance
  • Preferred: Experience in AEC, facilities, energy, or mission-critical infrastructure markets
  • Preferred: Existing relationships within federal agencies
