About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary store-level contact for the assigned territory
Lead all in-store activity and execute permanent and promotional sales drivers
Sell in, execute, and maintain displays, incremental Points of Distribution (PODs), and home-shelf presence
Ensure One Chobani products are in stock and available across authorized store locations
Merchandise and maintain displays, coolers, secondary placements, and home-location displays
Maintain organized backroom inventory and adequate product supply
Influence store ordering of warehouse-delivered SKUs and place incremental orders for DSD-delivered SKUs
Build collaborative relationships with store personnel and key stakeholders
Execute national, regional, and local promotional programs
Use data and analytics to identify opportunities and develop selling narratives
Serve as a One Chobani brand ambassador with consumers, store personnel, and partner organizations
Conduct store audits and document market conditions, execution gaps, competitive activity, and growth opportunities
Place and manage orders with distribution partners
Ensure POS materials are present, visible, and properly maintained
Execute daily and weekly store coverage
Respond to store-level issues and facilitate timely resolution
Communicate execution barriers, inventory concerns, and business opportunities to the Sales Activator Manager and field partners
Maintain ownership and accountability for execution standards and in-store conditions
Surface sales opportunities to CBU partners
Identify and communicate in-field quality issues
Deliver against the mission of making One Chobani the best-executed brand at retail

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or years of experience in combination with education
Retail sales, field execution, DSD, merchandising, grocery, beverage, dairy, or CPG experience preferred
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Comfort working independently in stores
Ability to influence without authority
Attention to detail
Comfort using mobile field tools
Ability to manage a structured route schedule
Ability to lift and build displays in store (30+ lbs)
Calendar Planning and Organization experience
Winning mindset
Independent Sales Experience
Strong computer skills
Occasional weekend work
Infrequent overnight travel
Must have a personal vehicle and excellent driving record for use during work hours
